Director / Producer — Head of Production

Buhari Yesufu

Buhari Yesufu is a Nigerian filmmaker, director, producer, writer, and cinematographer known for his visually driven and experimental approach to storytelling. He gained recognition for directing the TV series and feature adaptation Sub Sahara (2022), and has directed acclaimed music videos for artists including Major Lazer, Joeboy, Lady Donli, Kah-Lo, and AYLØ. Before moving into filmmaking, he worked in photography and artist management — experiences that shaped his distinctive creative style. As a director he leads the creative vision of a project, shaping performances, visual style, pacing and storytelling; as a producer he oversees budgets, schedules, crews and logistics, blending artistic creativity with production leadership.

Chinedu Uguru

Chinedu Uguru is a Nigerian creative, actress, and entrepreneur working across fashion, publishing, advertising, and film. She is the Founder and CEO of Soyle Magazine — a publication focused on art, fashion, culture, and contemporary African storytelling — and serves as Art Director at Come Back Home We Miss You, where she leads creative direction and visual campaigns. As an actress she has appeared in commercial campaigns for Bolt and featured in films and television productions including The Men's Club. Her work combines creative leadership with performance, shaping compelling visual narratives across multiple industries.

Victoria

Victoria is a talent manager and producer who runs Home Faces — our talent management and production arm. She connects talent with editorial, commercial and music-video productions across Lagos.

Bash

Bash is a Lagos-based entrepreneur and a History & International Relations student at LASU. As a producer at Come Back Home We Miss You and a talent manager, he connects vision with execution — coordinating talent, production and the moving parts that bring a project from idea to screen.
